Air Force Instructor Guilty In Sex-abuse Court-martial
SAN ANTONIO (Reuters) - A drill instructor accused of ually assaulting and abusing 10 female trainees at Lackland Air Force Base was found guilty of all 28 charges against him on Friday.
Staff Sergeant Luis Walker displayed no emotion when the court-martial panel of six men and one woman returned the verdict after about seven hours of deliberation.
Walker now will be sentenced by the same panel that convicted him of rape, aggravated ual contact and multiple counts of aggravated ual assault.
He faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a dishonorable discharge from the Air Force.
